Overview

User Types: Pellustro supports 3 system specific user types (i.e. Admin, Management and Panelist) and 5 assessment specific user roles (i.e. Publisher, Panelist, Manager, Analyst and Reviewer). 

 Detailed profile information is maintained for each user, including:

  • Name and email address
  • User role, type and title
  • Assigned organization and organization unit details
  • Scope and status of the user


Add User

Pellustro allows admin to add individual or multiple users for any select organization through the below 2 features:

  1. Add Individual User: 'Add User' icon is available in front of every organization unit name
  2. Add Multiple Users through Bulk Upload: 'Add Users' icon is available in front of every organization name

1. Add Individual User

Admin user can add any individual user under any select organization structure through 'Add User' icon given in the User Management page by providing basic detailsBelow is the screenshot of Add User page with feature details:


2. Add Multiple Users through Bulk Upload

Admin can also add more than one user through bulk upload feature. Admin user has to select 'Add Users' icon given in the User Management page and provide basic details. There are two options available under this feature: 

  • Option-1: Bulk user upload through template file
  • Option-2: Adding user details in the given table

Edit/Delete/Deactivate User

Admin can edit, delete or deactivate any select user profile  by selecting the respective icons in front of the user name. Screenshot below:


Reset User Password

Admin can reset password for any select user by selecting 'Reset User Password' icon in front of the user name. Screenshot below:
