Question Template

Question template is a domain-centric model consisting assessment type, scoring methodology and questionnaire structure. Pellustro allows user to create custom models and offers a range of templates for maturity analysis, scorecards, sentiment analysis and confidence indices.



Questionnaire Structure

Pellustro supports both 2 level (Category and Capability) and 3 level (Category, Component and Capability) templates as given below:

  • Level 1: Category (category of a set of questions)
  • Level 2: Component (sub-category of a set of questions)
  • Level 3: Capability (questions)



Scoring Levels

Pellustro allows user to define custom scoring criteria by setting up base score, scoring levels and weightages against an assessment or any select question. Please note that this section is only applicable for 'Maturity' assessments. Below is the screenshot of scoring levels:



Title, Short Title, Description, Reference ID and Versioning


Title: Tile of the question template. Title is mandatory input and has text limit of 500 characters.


Short Title: Short title contains summary of a Category, Component or Capability and is used in Analytics to represent the respective question. Short title is mandatory for each level and has text limit of 60 characters.


Description: Description provides complete details and helps user to understand the context of a select question. It is mandatory for each level and has no text limit.


Reference ID: User can add reference number or identification to a question linking it to the original question source. It is not a mandatory field and has text limit of 20 characters.


Versioning: Pellustro allow admin to create and manage different versions of a question template.
