The profile is a structure to classify users for assigning assessment, managing responses, analytics, and reporting. When a new Organization is being set up, a hierarchical structure is created to define attributes of that Organization for e.g. Geography, Departments, Business Functions, Designation etc. Each child of the tree is a unique profile that is linked with the users of that organization. Each user can be linked with multiple profiles.

This can be done from: 

  1.  Manage assessment

  • For new profile
  • For existing user

  2.  While creating an assessment.

  • For new profile
  • For existing profile
