The Configurations page can be used by the Admin to change the settings of their license. A drop-down menu appears after selecting ‘License Settings’ on the Pellustro homepage.
Configurations provide the following settings:
Allow assigned participants to view Analytics: By default, the analytics section is visible to all participants of an assessment. This feature allows the Admin to enable/disable the availability of Analytics for participants.
Send activation emails on new user creation: Pellustro uses system-generated emails as a primary communication medium for activating a new account. This feature allows the admin to enable or disable the sending of activation emails.
Allow assigned participants to upload response from Excel: As an alternative to filling responses through the web page, admins can allow assigned assessment participants to upload their response through excel (after downloading the response template).
Disable automatic user provisioning: By default, Pellustro revisions account for any user attempting to log in via SSO when integrated with the organization's SSO. This setting disables automatic provisioning, users must be created in advance.
Active two-factor authentication: Enabling two-factor authentication, requires all users to authenticate their credentials through two-factor authentication to access Pellustro.
Duration before timeout: The Admin can set or modify the amount of time a user can remain inactive before they are automatically logged out of Pellustro.
