For Assessment, responses are visible in ‘Analytics’ page after submitting Assessment. Analytics icon is available in Dashboard against each assessment. Screenshot below:
Chart Types and Description
Chart Type | Description |

Spider Chart Component Level | Graphical method of displaying multivariate data in the form of a two-dimensional chart of three or more quantitative variables represented on axes starting from the same point. |
Spider Chart Category Level | Graphical method of displaying multivariate data in the form of a two-dimensional chart of three or more quantitative variables represented on axes starting from the same point. |
Bar Chart Category Level | Charts with rectangular bars with length proportional to the values they represent. The bars are plotted horizontally. |
Column Chart | A vertical bar chart is called column chart. |
Box Plot | Standardized way of displaying the distribution of data based on the five number summary: minimum - first quartile, median, maximum- third quartile. |
Bullet Chart | Bullet graph is used to compare one value, represented by a horizontal bar to another value, represented by vertical lines and relate those to quantitative ranges. |

User accesses Analytics and Reporting page through the analytics icon given in Dashboard. See Analytics page in detail in the screenshot given below.
Data in Tabular Form
Analytics allows the user to view assessment results in the form of Pivot Table (table bar chart, heatmaps, row heatmap, column heatmap, TSV export).
Exporting the Pivot table
Users can export the pivot table in the TSV (Tabs Separated Value ) form by clicking the tabular form option and then select TSV Export option.
and now paste (ctrl + v) on an excel or spread sheet.
Scoring Table
The scoring table allows user to see the participant's overall score as well as the score in various categories.

Ranking Table
The ranking table allows the user to Rank the participants in ascending or descending order. Participants can also be ranked based on various ranking criteria.

Comments
This feature shows all the comments (when comments are allowed) made by different participants. It includes the input level, profile name, input type, input value, input format.
Question Template Preview
As the name suggests it shows the question Template preview with title, summary, description and structure of the template.
Filters
Pellustro provides an option to filter out results on the basis of below two categories (Screenshot below):
1. Profiles based filters like Functional Breakup, Global Functions, Regional, Regional Breakup, Role, Title.
2. Participant based filters help to see the result of selected participants.
Side-by-Side Comparison
Side-by-Side Comparison feature compares results for two/more categories (or sub-categories) of a particular assessment it supports both profiles and participant based filters. Screenshot below.
Switch to Line
This feature allows the user to convert a bar (indicating an assessment) into a line for better visualisation.
Re-order List
Re-ordering allows user to refine visualisation of comparison of profiles and benchmark assessments by drag and drop features.
Chart Settings
Chart Settings option allows user to change the settings for different chart types.
Filters
- Apply intersections in place of Unions :- View common profiles responses in different groups.
- Include not submitted response :- Display the responses of the profiles that are not submitted.

- Show edges in scale
- Show 0.5 tick intervals
- Score variability
- Assessment level score in chart
- Include responses not submitted
- Threshold
Weights
The user can apply selected weighted method or can create custom weights through the Weights tab. This feature lets the manager/analyst assign weightage to different categories for e.g. if one category carries more emphasis than the others then more weightage can be assigned to it. Screenshot below.
Benchmarks
Benchmarks feature allows the user to compare results for two or more assessments, unlike Side-by-Side Comparison where various categories/attributes of a single assessment are compared. Screenshot below.
Participants Summary
Participation summary displays summary of respondents and non respondents for the selected assessment. Screenshot below:
