User Managment

Audience: This section is relevant to users having Admin access in Pellustro.


The admin can access User Management by selecting the User Management tab on the left panel.


Detailed profile information is maintained for each user, including

  • Name and email address

  • User group, type, and title

  • Assigned organization and organization unit details

  • Scope and active status


Add User

Pellustro allows the admin to add individual or multiple users:

  1. Add Individual User: Select the 'Add User' icon in the top panel.

  2. Add Multiple Users: Select the 'Import Users' icon to import multiple users simultaneously.


Add Individual User

The Admin can begin adding users after clicking the 'Add User' icon on the User Management page and providing basic details (name & email). Select the user's role and classifications, then press save.


User Management Table

The User Management Table shows information specific to the users. The ‘Actions’ column to the right allows the admin to complete the following actions for individual users:

  • Edit user details

  • Delete user

  • Block/Unblock user

  • Send activation email


Filtering Users

The users displayed can be filtered by their specific profile information within the user table. Once filters have been added, selecting the ‘Clear all filters’ action resets the user filters to the default view.




 Bulk Actions

Once one or more users have been selected, the ‘Bulk Actions’ feature becomes active. As the name suggests, it helps perform bulk actions, by which the admin can send reset password links to the selected users, Delete users, and block/unblock users en masse.
