A participant can request to re-open an assessment. This request can only be raised against assessments for which responses have been submitted.
To request to re-open an Assessment
- Locate the request to re-open assessment icon.
- By clicking on the icon a pop-up appears showing the request message. It shows the default message which can be edited by the participant.
- Click on Submit.
By clicking on Submit a request is send to the manager of the assessment and a blue tick appears on the icon.
Note : It's up to the Manager whether he/she wants to accept/reject the request made by the Participant.
