Customer Access
- User can access the application according to the respective sub-domain url of pellustro
- User always routed through a proxy server to hide direct access to the actual cloud servers
Infrastructure Team
- Team logs onto the cloud servers in order to perform necessary management/maintenance tasks
- All users mapped by their email id, to track responsibility of changes to the system
- Access is handled through private/public key authentication
