Change Password

Audience: This section is relevant to all users that are using Custom based i.e Username & Password based authentication for login.

The users are required to change their passwords based on frequency set as per the duration in License settings.

To Change Password:

1. Click on ‘Change Password’ link under the User Profile section. Redirects user to the Change Password Page
2. Enter Old password and New password. Click on Change Password button. Password should be set as per the suggested Password Requirements defined in the license policy.

Once the password is changed, the new password will automatically apply without the need to login again.

Note:

• Didn't change the password within the stipulated duration? Check Reset Password. 
• You can also request your licenses admin user to send Reset Password email.
