Unpublished Panel
Publishers and Managers can begin creating an assessment by clicking the Create New Assessment link on the side panel. This panel also lists assessments that have been created but not yet published.
Published Panel
The Published Panel shows the assessments published by the Administrator and the Publisher with other details like the name of the assessment, reporting period, due date, number of participants, and all the actions that can be performed against an assessment.
Action | Description |
---|---|
Manage Columns | The Manage Columns action allows filtering columns individually within the Published Panel. |
Manage Assessment | The Manage Assessment action opens a wide range of options to manage the life cycle of the assessment. Publisher and Manager roles can perform this action. |
Close Assessment | The Close action applies Read Only restrictions on the selected assessment, i.e., Participants cannot edit or submit the responses. This action can be undone. Users with Publisher and Manager roles can perform this action. |
Analytics | View Analytics of the selected assessment. |
Reports | The Reports action helps to download reports like Participants’ response Benchmarks, Assessment progress status, and assessment response status. |
Cancel Assessment | The Cancel action makes an assessment unavailable to all the participants from the list of assessments in the Assigned panel. |
Clone | The Clone action allows for cloning an assessment with options to include the participant responses, questions assigned, and input types. |
Scheduled Panel
The scheduled panel shows Assessments that will be published in the future. The 'Edit Assessment' action allows the Publisher or Manager to make modifications to the Assessment. The 'Delete Assessment' action Allows the Publisher or Manager to remove the assessment (the 'Delete Assessment' action is irreversible).
Assigned Panel
The assigned panel shows the assessment assigned to the participants and managers. In the actions column, a participant can Submit, Edit, View, and Request to Reopen an Assessment Response. Users can also view Analytics for any select assessment through the dashboard.
Actions | Description |
Request to reopen Assessment | The participant can use this action to request that a completed assessment is re-opened. Once a request is submitted, the Publisher or Manager will be notified and given the option to reopen the completed assessment. If the Assessment is reopened, its status will be set back to 'In Progress' and the participant can update their responses and inputs. |
View Analytics | Participants can view analytics, download reports, and apply filter(s) on the assessment data set. |
View Assessment Responses | View the submitted assessment response. |
