In Pellustro Manager/Admin can select user(s) to submit response of an Assessment on behalf of a participant through the Link User feature.
User(s) is linked to a participant in two ways:-
1. While Creating New Assessment
2. Through Manage Assessment
1. While Creating New Assessment
Follow the below steps and link user to a participant.
- In the dashboard, click on create new assessment link. By clicking on the link you will be directed to create assessment page. Now in the Select Participants panel click on the profile name to which you want to link users.
- By clicking on the profile name a pop-up will appear showing the details about the profile. At the bottom a drop down menu named Link Users will appear showing details of all the Users that can be linked.
- Once the user(s) has been selected click Submit.
- Now the name of the linked user(s) can be seen in the Linked User Column in front of a participant's name. If more than one user has been linked it will show Multiple instead of a user's name, and by clicking on multiple, you can see all the users that have been linked with a participant.
2.Through Manage Assessment
This can be done in a few simple steps:-
- Go to the dashboard, click on 'manage' icon in the actions column. By clicking on manage icon you'll be directed to Assessment Status page.
- In the Assessment Status panel go Profile Name column, and click on a particular profile.
- Now a pop-up will appear, find 'linked users' option. By clicking on link users you'll see the list of all the user that can be linked. One or more than one user can be linked to a particular profile name.
- Once the user(s) has been selected click Submit.
- Now the name of the linked user(s) can be seen in the Linked User Column in front of a participant's name. If more than one user has been linked it will show Multiple instead of a user's name, and by clicking on multiple, you can see all the users that have been linked with a participant.
