A new profile can easily be added to an existing Assessment by a Manager or an Admin.
To add a new profile(s) and assign questions follow the below steps:
- Locate the Manage Assessment icon in the actions column of the Published panel. By clicking on the icon the manager will be directed to the Assessment Status page.
- In the below image you can find the Add New Profile icon in the Assessment Status panel.
- By clicking on the icon an Add Profile pop-up appears. Here profile can either be added individually or in bulk.
- While adding profile individually the manager is required to add the name, organizational structure and link user to the profile(multiple users can be selected). If a user wants to add profiles in bulk he/she can download the given template and upload it once done.
- After submitting the profile details it will be added to the add profile panel. Click Next.
- After clicking next, Assign Questions panel opens up here questions are assigned to the new profile based on the three levels:-
- level 1 - Category
- level 2 - Component
- level 3 - Capability
Manage Assignments: This feature also helps in assigning questions to the participants. The manager can download the template and upload it once updated. The template should be downloaded after selecting the level at which the questions are to be assigned as the template differs for all the three levels.
Remember : All profiles are by default assigned all the questions in the availabe in the template.
- Click Submit.
By clicking on Submit all the users(if linked any) to the profile receive an email regarding the assessment.
Remember : Participant is a combination of profile name and user(s).
