Clone Assessment

The Clone assessment action appears in the published section under the three-dot icon. This action allows the Administrator or Manager to copy an assessment along with its participant-filled responses, questions assigned, and input comments related to that assessment.


The Overview section allows for modification of the following assessment fields:

  • Title
  • Assessment Period
  • Sponsors
  • Description


The Assessment Model section allows you to change the assessment model being used in the clone.


The User Input section allows you to add or remove inputs to the cloned assessment. This page also allows the administrator to modify the following fields:

  • All questions required
  • Enable Skip Score
  • Input Name
  • Input Type
  • Required Input


The Assignments section lets the administrator modify assignee information. This page also allows for modification of the following assignment fields

  • (1) Add Assignment(s)
  • (2) Export or Import Assignments
  • (3) Import Assignment Responses


The Questions section allows you to modify which questions participants will be assigned in the cloned assessment



The Coordinators section allows you to add participants and assign their respective roles within the cloned assessment



The Schedule section allows you to modify the following fields in the cloned assessment

  • (1) Start and End dates
  • (2) Reset Responses
  • (3) Preview Email


Press the 'Clone' button to publish the assessment.
