The Manager or the Admin can also Export the assessment progress and response status in Excel so that they can access the details even when offline and create insights from the generated data.
To Export data in Excel:
- Locate the Manage Assessment icon in the actions column of the Published panel. By clicking on the icon the manager will be directed to the Assessment Status page.
- In the below image you can find the audit history icon in the Assessment Status panel.
By clicking the icon it lead to the audit history where two tabs are present Assessment and Participant under the Assessment history.
- assessment status and participant response status. Assessment status exports the status(Not started, In-progress, Completed) of all the participants and the assessment status exports the responses of all the participants.
- By clicking on any option will directly download the data in the excel sheet.
